Taigang Group International Trade Co., Ltd. sowie der Endkunde Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Co., Ltd., beide mit Sitz in Taiyuan, China, haben erfolgreich eine neue 80-t-Duplex-RH-TOP-Anlage (Ruhrstahl-Heraeus-Prozess) in Betrieb genommen. Geliefert wurde die neue Anlage von SMS Mevac (www.sms-mevac.com) in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Konsortialpartner SMS Siemag Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd.

Die 80-t-Duplex-RH-TOP-Anlage Nr. 2 ermöglicht die Behandlung von Schmelzen verschiedener qualitativ hochwertiger Stahlgüten mit geringen Mengen von Wasserstoff. Die Anlage wird in erster Linie zur Behandlung von Stahl für die Elektroblechproduktion eingesetzt.

Das Vakuum wird durch eine vierstufige Dampfstrahl-Vakuumpumpe mit Spritzschutzregelung zur Reduzierung von Stahlspritzern (RH-SC®) erzeugt.
