Anhui Tianda Oil Pipe erweitert PQF®-Rohrproduktion von 10 3/4" auf 13 3/8"

Neuer Auftrag für SMS Meer

Anhui Tianda Oil Pipe aus der chinesischen Provinz Anhui betreibt seit 2007 erfolgreich eine PQF®-Anlage von SMS Meer zur Herstellung von Nahtlosrohren.

Bislang produzierte die Anlage Rohre bis zu einem Außendurchmesser von 10 3/4". Nach einem Umbau durch SMS Meer kann Anhui Tianda Oil Nahtlosrohre bis zu einem Außendurchmesser von 13 3/8" produzieren.

Zwölf neue PQF®-Gerüste inklusive Engineering, den erforderlichen Werkzeugen sowie dem mathematischen Modell und der Kalibrierung machen die Produktion von größeren Außendurchmessern möglich.

Die neuen PQF®-Gerüste kommen ohne nennenswerte Anpassungsmaßnahmen im vorhandenen Walzwerk zum Einsatz.
