Girls' Day 2009 - SMF überrascht mit 60% Frauenquote

Informatik ist noch immer eine Männerdomäne? Nicht unbedingt, jedenfalls nicht beim Dortmunder IT-Beratungshaus SMF. Ist der Betrieb etwa so erfolgreich, weil er mit über 20% weiblichen Beschäftigten einen weit über dem Branchendurchschnitt liegenden Frauenanteil besitzt? Bei den Auzubildenden beträgt der Frauenanteil derzeit sogar 60%. Kein Problem also für Anna Schmidt (hinten links) und Annika Schepers (hinten rechts), beim Girls'Day kräftig für Nachwuchs zu werben. Jennifer Gottfried (links) und Carolin Eisenblätter (rechts) waren jedenfalls begeistert von ihrem Tag Praxiseinblick in die verschiedenen IT-Ausbildungsberufe. Beide haben bereits mehrjährigen Informatikunterricht in der Schule hinter sich, die Technik ist Ihnen also nicht fremd. Da
