Investigation against Interroll Holding AG

SIX Exchange Regulation initiates an investigation against Interroll Holding AG on the grounds of possible breaches of the rules governing the disclosure of management transactions

Having finished its preliminary investigation SIX Exchange Regulation, which is entrusted by SIX Swiss Exchange with the monitoring and enforcement of issuer obligations, has initiated an investigation against Interroll Holding AG on the grounds of possible breaches of the obligations regarding the disclosure of management transactions. The investigation is connected with questions regarding the organizational implementation of the reporting obligations.

Investigatory proceedings will continue for an indefinite period. SIX Exchange Regulation will announce the findings, however, no information will be provided while the investigation is ongoing.

SIX Exchange Regulation imposes sanctions in so far as it is authorised to do so by the regulations, or submits sanction requests to SIX Swiss Exchange's Sanction Commission.

SIX Exchange Regulation's independence from SIX Swiss Exchange's operating business is guaranteed by its direct subordination to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of SIX Group. SIX Exchange Regulation consists of the divisions Listing & Enforcement, responsible for regulating issuers, and Surveillance & Enforcement monitoring trading.
