Die SIV.AG baut die Integration von internetbasierten Dienstleistungen in ihre Softwarelösung kVASy4 aus. Das neue, innovative Produkt eBilling wird die Geschäftsprozesse zwischen Unternehmen der Energie- und Wasserwirtschaft und ihren Kunden automatisieren. Die wechselseitige Verknüpfung von Internet-Portalen mit der IT-Lösung kVASy4 eröffnet für die Versorgungswirtschaft und deren Kunden ganz neue Perspektiven: Jahresverbrauchsabrechnungen, Zählerstandsablesungen oder Kundendaten stehen im Internet zur Ansicht und Bearbeitung bereit und werden in die Applikation importiert. kVASy4 steuert gleichzeitig die Kommunikation und Aktivitäten der Kundenprozesse.
