Die Aktionäre der SIV.AG haben auf der Hauptversammlung am 13. November 2008 einstimmig den neuen Aufsichtsrat des Unternehmens gewählt.

Mitglieder sind:

- Dr. Frieder Schäuble, Rechtsanwalt
- Philippe Schuit, Managing Partner Duke Forest Capital, sowie
- Thomas Huth, Rechtsanwalt.

Zum Aufsichtsratsvorsitzenden wurde Dr. Frieder Schäuble gewählt. Stellvertretender Aufsichtsratsvorsitzender ist Thomas Huth.
