Mit Wirkung vom 01.01.2012 wird Fredy Hiltmann (56) als neues Mitglied in den Vorstand der SIMONA AG berufen. Herr Hiltmann wird das Ressort Finanzen verantworten (Chief Financial Officer). Herr Hiltmann hat nach einer kaufmännischen Berufsausbildung ein Studium als Betriebsökonom HWV absolviert. Er hatte leitende Stellungen in verschiedenen, weltweit tätigen Unternehmen inne (u. a. Siemens AG, Georg Fischer AG). Zuletzt war Herr Hiltmann als Chief Financial Officer der Metalor Gruppe tätig. Herr Hiltmann ist Schweizer Staatsbürger.

Vorstandsmitglied Detlef Becker (51) wird - im gegenseitigen Einvernehmen mit dem Aufsichtsrat - seine aktive Vorstandstätigkeit mit Ablauf des 30.09.2011 beenden. Er gehörte seit dem
