Eine neue Reihe Füllstandmessumformer mit geführtem Radar von Siemens Automation and Drives (A&D) eignet sich für Flüssigkeiten, Schlämme, Trennschichten und Schüttgüter. Sitrans LG200 ist ein Hart-Füllstandmessumformer in Zweileitertechnik mit Spannungsversorgung über die Stromschleife. Das Gerät eignet sich für Materialien mit einer Dielektrizitätszahl von 1,4 und mehr, für Temperaturen bis zu 427 Grad Celsius (800 Grad Fahrenheit) und Drücken bis 6250 psig (431 bar). Füllstand und Trennschichten in Flüssigkeiten misst Sitrans LG200 zuverlässig selbst bei korrosiven Dämpfen, Schaum, hoher Viskosität, Materialbewegung an der Oberfläche, hoher Befüll-/Entleergeschwindigkeit, niedrigem Füllstand und schwankender Dielektrizitätszahl oder Dichte.
