Der Vorstand der SiC Processing AG hat gemeinsam mit der abgebenden Aktionärin Garbo Servizi S.r.l. und der UniCredit Markets & Investment Banking (Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank AG) als Sole Bookrunner und Sole Global Coordinator die Bookbuildingspanne für die Aktien der Gesellschaft festgelegt. Im Rahmen des bevorstehenden Börsengangs können Kaufangebote innerhalb der Preisspanne von 6,50 Euro bis 8,50 Euro je Aktie abgegeben werden.
