Aufgrund unterschiedlicher Auffassungen über die strategische Ausrichtung von Sharp im Markt der Consumer Electronics hat Frank Bolten, Präsident von Sharp Electronics Germany/Austria und Geschäftsführer der Sharp Electronics (Europe) GmbH, seine Tätigkeit für das Unternehmen zum 19. Oktober 2010 beendet.

Frank Bolten hat in seiner sechsjährigen Tätigkeit für Sharp sehr viel für das gute Ansehen der Marke Sharp und deren Akzeptanz sowohl beim Fachhandel, der Presse als auch bei den Konsumenten bewirkt.
