Schlechte Stimmung in deutschen Büros: Nur 19 Prozent der Angestellten empfinden ihren Arbeitsplatz als motivierend. Dies ergab eine aktuelle Studie* von Sharp Business Systems, dem Experten für Büroausstattung, in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marktforschungsinstitut Censuswide. Über zwei Drittel (63 Prozent) der Büroangestellten äußern sich explizit negativ über ihren Arbeitsplatz.

Mangelnden Zusammenhalt unter Kollegen und unzeitgemäße Arbeitsmethoden sehen demnach je ein Drittel (32 Prozent) der Angestellten als eine der Hauptursachen für Frust und schlechte Laune.
