With the new online service portal, customers have easy access to all of the data for their soldering systems. After successful registration, machine-related records such as manuals, drawings, circuit diagrams and certificates are directly available for download. Documented changes at the machines and maintenance reports will be recorded as well, thus providing all information about a machine over its entire lifecycle.
With just a few clicks, customers can identify machine-specific spare parts and send an automatic inquiry to SEHO. The need for technical review and the time related to it will be reduced to virtually nothing. Daily synchronization with the internal SEHO file servers ensures the most up-to-date data.
The SEHO service portal will be further expanded to provide customers with even more information about their specific machines.
