Bückeburg, 05. Oktober 2015 – Die ersten RS-422-/RS-485-Transceiver-ICs, die über einen weiten Betriebstemperaturbereich von -40 bis +125°C hinweg eine konstante Übertragungsgeschwindigkeit von 40 MBit/s bieten, sind ab sofort bei SE Spezial-Electronic verfügbar.

Die von Intersil entwickelten, unter anderem auch in einem nur 3 x 3 mm2 großen Dual Flat No-Lead (DFN)-Gehäuse erhältlichen RS-485-/RS-422-Transceiver ISL3159E und ISL3179E zeichnen sich durch einen hohen EDS-Schutz von 15 kV und besonders niedrige Busströme von nur +220 /-150 μA aus. Letztere sorgen dafür, dass die Bausteine für den RS-485-Bus lediglich eine 1/5 Unit Load (UL) darstellen.
