Mit einer Wechselzeit von fünf Sekunden pro Backe ist das SCHUNK Backenschnellwechselsystem PRONTO ein regelrechter Rüstzeitturbo für alle konventionellen Drehfutter mit Spitzverzahnung 1/16'' x 90° und 1,5 mm x 60°. Der Schnellwechsel-Nachrüstsatz des Kompetenzführers für Spanntechnik und Greifsysteme besteht aus Träger- und Wechselbacken. Er eignet sich zur Außenspannung von Roh- und Fertigteilen. Über die Auswahl des Wechseleinsatzes lässt sich der Spannbereich ohne Umrüsten der Trägerbacke um bis zu 16 mm erweitern, ein Plus von 300 % gegenüber herkömmlichen Drehfuttern.
