Neigungswinkel-Sensor - keine Messverfälschung durch Vibrationen?

Jeder derzeit auf dem Markt befindlicher Neigungswinkelsensor wird durch Vibrationen in Messrichtung mehr oder weniger stark gestört. Der Einsatz nachgeschalteter elektronischer Filter und/oder aufwändige Algorithmen bringt dann keine Abhilfe, wenn das messende Element bereits übersteuert ist oder durch zu starke Dämpfung träge reagiert. Die Ergebnisse sind zum Teil extreme Fehlmessungen, die vom Anwender nicht erkannt werden. Der SCHMIDT® Neigungswinkelsensor NW 40.100 wurde hinsichtlich der Problematik – Störung durch Vibration in Messrichtung - optimiert und dient zur direkten Erfassung des Neigungswinkels von beweglichen Baugruppen relativ zur Horizontalebene.
