Schmack Biogas bietet Katalysator zur Senkung der Formaldehyd-Emissionen an

2009 Nach dem novellierten Erneuerbare-Energien-Gesetz (EEG 2009) können Biogasanlagenbetreiber, die die Formaldehyd-Emissionen im Abgas ihrer Verbrennungsmotoranlage mindern, einen Bonus auf die Einspeisevergütung erhalten. Der neue Formaldehyd-Bonus in Höhe von 1,0 ct/kWh wird für bestehende und neue, nach BImSchG genehmigungspflichtige Anlagen gewährt, die den von der LAI festgelegten Formaldehyd-Grenzwert von 40 mg/m3 (bezogen auf 5% O2) einhalten.

Zur Einhaltung des Grenzwerts bietet die Schmack Biogas jetzt zusammen mit ihrem Tochterunternehmen Köhler & Ziegler einen Katalysator an, der an allen gängigen Blockheizkraftwerken nachrüstbar ist.

Oxy-Kat mit Aktivkohleeinheit

Um Formaldehyd im Abgas des Blockheizkraftwerkes (BHKW) zu reduzieren, kommen sogenannte Oxydationskatalysatoren ("Oxy-Kat") zum
