Der Aufsichtsrat der SAP AG hat beschlossen, die Amtszeit von Dr. Vishal Sikka als Vorstandsmitglied der SAP AG bis zum 31. Dezember 2017 zu verlängern. Vishal Sikka hat dieser Verlängerung zugestimmt.

"Der Aufsichtsrat würdigt damit die Innovation und die Technologieführerschaft, für die Sikka im Unternehmen sorgt," sagte der Aufsichtsratsvorsitzende der SAP AG Hasso Plattner. "Mit SAP HANA treibt Vishal eine intellektuelle Erneuerung der SAP voran, die unser zukünftiges Lösungsportfolio prägen und die IT-Industrie neu definieren wird.
