Der Salzgitter-Konzern nimmt mit seinen Tochtergesellschaften an der diesjährigen Blechexpo in Stuttgart teil. Vom 5. bis 8. November 2019 treffen sich dort Blechhersteller und Verarbeiter.

Der Salzgitter-Stand ist in der neu erbauten Halle 10 zu finden (Standnummer 10411). Beteiligte Gesellschaften sind Salzgitter Flachstahl GmbH, Salzgitter Mannesmann Forschung GmbH, Salzgitter Mannesmann Stahlservice GmbH und Salzgitter Mannesmann Handel GmbH.

Die Salzgitter Flachstahl GmbH wird ihre Warmbandspaltanlage mit einem virtuellen Rundgang thematisieren. Mit dem Bau der Anlage wird SZFG den steigenden Bedarf an Sondergüten und hoch- und höchstfesten Stahlgüten bedienen.
