R.WEISS Verpackungstechnik präsentiert dem Fachpublikum die Weiterentwicklung des vollautomati-schen Werkzeugwechsels in der Hochleistungs-Toploading Maschine UNIROB. Diese verpackt Tuben für einen Global Player in der Kosmetikindustrie.

Seit Jahren nutzt R.WEISS in den UNIROB-Zellen den Vorteil der Überkopf-Position der Roboter. Dies bietet dem Anwender vielfältige Vorteile: sehr gute Zugänglichkeit der Roboterzellen über große Türen, optimaler Zugang zu den Anlagenmodulen, gute Einsicht in die Produktionsprozesse; sehr hohe Flexibilität durch beliebige Zufuhr von Produkt und Packmaterial von allen Seiten und vieles mehr.
