Lutz-Michael Liebau, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of RWE Dea, will be retiring on 31 October 2010 after 30 years with the company.
Dr. Johannes Karlisch has been appointed as his successor to the Executive Board of RWE Dea with effect from 1 August 2010. He will take over the function of CFO of the company from 1 November 2010. Johannes Karlisch has been responsible for
