Omron Electronic Components Business Europe (OCB-EU) erweitert die erfolgreiche Leistungsrelais-Serie G2RL um ein neues Hochtemperaturmodell, welches speziell für den Einsatz in elektrischen Küchengeräten und Anwendungen, in denen die Temperaturanforderungen an die Steuerungen sehr hoch sind, entwickelt wurde. Erhältlich ist das neue Produkt ab sofort über den Distributor Rutronik Elektronische Bauelemente GmbH.

Das neue Omron G2RL-1A-E-CV ist für bis zu 20º C höhere Umgebungs-temperaturen ausgelegt als das G2RL-Standardmodell und arbeitet bei bis zu 105ºC statt 85ºC. Omron bietet das G2RL-1A-E-CV zunächst mit einpoligem Schließerkontakt (SPST-NO) an, doch sind auch Hochtemperaturversionen mit einpoligem Wechselkontakt (SPDT) und in Öffnerkontakt (SPST-NC)-Konfiguration geplant.
