Der Aufsichtsrat der Roth & Rau AG hat den im Mai 2010 auslaufenden Vorstandsvertrag von Carsten Bovenschen (45) vorzeitig um weitere fünf Jahre verlängert. Nachdem im Mai bereits der Vertrag des Vorstandsvorsitzenden Dr. Dietmar Roth verlängert wurde, sorgt der Aufsichtsrat für eine hohe Kontinuität im Management und für die Fortsetzung des erfolgreichen strategischen Kurses der vergangenen Jahre. Bovenschen verantwortet im Vorstand die Bereiche Finanzen, Controlling, Legal & Compliance, Personal, Materialwirtschaft und IT. Der Diplomkaufmann übernahm 2007 die Position des Finanzvorstands bei Roth & Rau und begleitete maßgeblich die Durchführung verschiedener Kapitalerhöhungen, die Zusage eines syndizierten Kredits sowie die internationale Expansion
