RoodMicrotec: Prüfung des Jahresergebnisses noch nicht komplett abgeschlossen

Mit Blick auf den Wechsel der Wirtschaftsprüfer, haben wir uns Anfang November 2014, nach einer akribischen Auswahlprozedur, für Grant Thornton entschieden. Solch ein Wechsel führt zwangsläufig in eine Start-Up-Phase und führt zu zusätzlichen Aufgaben. Als Ergebnis dessen, konnten wir ein Anzahl an Schlüsselthemen nicht rechtzeitig abschließen, sodass die Prüfung des Jahresergebnisses noch nicht komplett ist.

Daher haben wir beschlossen die Veröffentlichung des Jahresergebnisses 2014 auf den 12. März 2015 zu verschieben. Am 12. März wird auch der Jahresbericht für 2014 veröffentlicht.

Das geplante Konferenzgespräch für Presse, Analysten und andere Interessenten wird jedoch am 26. Februar 2015 um 8:30 CET durchgeführt.
