Customer Care trotz Kostendruck: Fachtagung für Airlines und Reiseveranstalter

Mit dem Thema Beschwerde- und Reklamationsmanagement bei Airlines, Reiseveranstaltern und Flughäfen beschäftigten sich die Teilnehmer einer internationalen Konferenz, die Ende Mai in Frankfurt statt fand.

Vertreter aus über 30 Unternehmen der Branchen Airline, Airport und Touristik kamen am 28. Mai im Frankfurter Sheraton Airport Hotel zusammen, um im Rahmen der Veranstaltung „Customer Claims and Complaints Conference for the Travel and Aviation Industry“ Erfahrungen auszutauschen und Trends zu diskutieren. Die Beratungsunternehmen Lufthansa Consulting GmbH und Rödl & Partner hatten gemeinsam zu dieser Fachtagung eingeladen.

Eines hatten die rund 70 Konferenzbesucher aus vier Kontinenten gemeinsam: Sie waren in einer für ihre Branche kritischen Zeit gekommen. Die große internationale Beteiligung macht die Wichtigkeit des Themas Customer Care trotz Krise deutlich.
