Der positive Arbeitsmarkt in Deutschland und die hohe Nachfrage nach Fachkräften macht Jobwechsel attraktiver: 57 % der Personalmanager verzeichnen einen häufigeren Mitarbeiterwechsel als noch vor drei Jahren. Zudem befürchten mehr als drei Viertel der befragten HR-Manager (77 %), in den nächsten Monaten Mitarbeiter an andere Unternehmen zu verlieren.
