Der CRM-Berater KSC CRM-Solutions und RightNow, ein führender Anbieter von On-Demand CRM-Lösungen, schließen eine Vertriebs-Partnerschaft. Ab März 2009 wird KSC RightNows Lösungen im deutschsprachigen Raum vertreiben und kann seinen Kunden somit ausgereifte und kundenorientierte CRM-Produkte als On-Demand bzw. SaaS (Software as a Service) Lösungen anbieten.
