The contract between European Recycling Platform S.A.S. and CCR Logistics Systems AG will not be extended beyond the period agreed upon (December 31, 2007). This means that CCR Logistics Systems AG will lose sales revenues of approximately EUR 10 million per year under this contract from 2008 onwards.
