REpower-Aufsichtsrat verlängert Vorstandsverträge

Der Aufsichtsrat der REpower Systems AG (WKN 617703) hat in seiner heutigen Sitzung die Vertragsverlängerung von Herrn Per Hornung Pedersen als Mitglied des Vorstands beschlossen und ihn erneut zum Vorstandsvorsitzenden und Chief Business Development Officer bestellt. Gleichzeitig wurden die Verträge mit den Vorstandsmitgliedern Matthias Schubert sowie Lars Rytter Kristensen verlängert.

Per Hornung Pedersen ist seit Januar 2008 Vorstandsvorsitzender (CEO) der REpower Systems AG. Sein Vertrag wird bis zum 31. März 2012 verlängert.

Ebenfalls bis zum 31. März 2012 wird der Anstellungsvertrag von Lars Rytter Kristensen als Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) verlängert. Herr Kristensen bekleidet dieses Amt seit April 2008.
