New member nominated for Board of Directors

Guy Bühler, member of the Repower Board of Directors representing shareholder Axpo, has announced that he will step down with effect from Repower's annual general meeting on 15 May 2013. Axpo has proposed Manfred Thumann to the Repower Board of Directors for nomination as the new member of the board.

Manfred Thumann (born 1954) holds a PhD in engineering and is Swiss citizen. Since 2012 he has been head of the Assets division and a member of the executive management of Axpo. In addition, he is chairman of the board of directors of Kernkraftwerk Leibstadt AG. He also sits on
