Reiss & Co. lets entire 10th floor of "HIGHRISE one", Munich to CTT Computertechnik AG

Reiss & Co. Real Estate München GmbH (Reiss & Co.) has let the whole 10th floor of "HIGHRISE one", providing 740 sq m of office space, on a long lease to CTT Computertechnik AG (CTT). The lease is planned to start on 1 January 2018.

This letting means that the property, currently under construction at Rosenheimer Strasse 141 e-h, is now ca. 80% let. Breitwieser Roth GmbH acted as consultants to CTT on the lease.

CTT is an IT distribution company, specialising in servers and storage, established in the market for over 35 years. It will move its headquarters, currently in eastern Munich, to the centrally-situated "HIGHRISE one" after the completion of the building, scheduled for the end of 2017.

Günther Kalina, founder and proprietor of CTT, comments: "Apart from the modern, flexible office space and the eye-catching architecture of 'HIGHRISE one', we were attracted by the good transport connections in this location. We are steadily growing and, for me, it is very important that our 35 staff have an attractive and future-oriented working environment. 'Highrise one' is therefore an ideal location for our headquarters, which we are very pleased about!".

On completion of the construction work, "HIGHRISE one" will provide around 19,000 sq m of ultramodern office accommodation. The 65-metre-high property was designed by the well-known Steidle Architekten practice. The five-storey plinth section of the building is laid out to "enclose" the 17-storey tower.

The individual offices in the new landmark building will have flexible layouts. Floor areas from 370 sq m are available in the tower section. The only office space still available to let is on the 11th to 15th floors, together with a 260 sq m maisonette apartment on the ground and first floors.

The tenants of HIGHRISE one will benefit from a 3-level underground car park, with 195 parking spaces. The building is expected to be awarded a DGNB (German Association for Sustainable Building) Silver Certificate. The investment volume of the property, designed on a so-called "house-in-house" concept providing individual addresses for major tenants, is ca. 130 million Euro.
