Bei dem Konvektionslötsystem VisionXP+ von Rehm Thermal Systems endet der Lötprozess nicht mit dem Aufschmelzen des Lotes. Für ein optimales Lötergebnis ist ein ebenso stabiler wie zuverlässiger Kühlvorgang besonders wichtig, der bei diesem Anlagentyp flexibel gestaltet werden kann. Neben der Standardkühlung mit bis zu vier Kühlmodulen können Kunden optional eine verlängerte Kühlstrecke („Power Cooling Unit“), eine Unterseitenkühlung oder eine energiesparende Kühlvariante wählen. Rehm bietet zudem mit Rehm CoolFlow ein innovatives Kühlprinzip mit flüssigem Stickstoff an.
