Die Erfolgsgeschichte der kapazitiven Mini s von RECHNER begann 1983 mit diskförmigen Sensoren für die Abtastung von Wafer. Kaum war dieses Projekt umgesetzt, kamen neue Herausforderungen seitens der Kunden hinzu und in wenigen Monaten existierte eine umfangreiche Produktfamilie von kapazitiven Mini-Sensoren. Auch hier ist die Zeit nicht stehen geblieben und durch stetige Weiterentwicklung und technologische Anpassungen, steht dem Anwender heute eine technisch ausgereifte Geräte-Familie zur Auswahl. Kapazitive Mini-Sensoren sind erhältlich in Diskform ab 10 mm Durchmesser und 4 mm Höhe bis 30 mm Durchmesser. In Zylindrischer Bauform gibt es die Mini-Sensoren bereits ab 3 mm Durchmesser.
