Alle Bearbeitungen erfolgen im ganzen Stab vor dem Zuschnitt. Danach wird das Profil zum Sägemodul transportiert. In der Inline-Variante werden bis zu 5 Stäbe auf einem Querschiebetisch gepuffert, auf diese Weise arbeiten die Module parallel und entfalten ihre maximale Kapazität. Automatische Konterfräse für die Konterprofilierung von Kämpferprofilen schließt den Bearbeitungsprozess ab.
