Dieses Gerät misst magnetische Wechselfelder in einem großen Frequenzbereich von 13Hz bis 75kHz. Diese Frequenzen umfassen Magnetfelder der meisten ELF (=Extremely Low Frequency, Frequenzen unterhalb von 1kHz) und VLF (=Very Low Frequency, oberhalb von 1kHz).

Das Messgerät hat 3 Sensoren und misst damit die echte 3-achsige Intensität des Wechselfeldes. Dadurch entfällt das lästige Ausrichten im Magnetfeld mit mehreren Quellen und die Berechnung des quadratischen Mittelwertes: Einschalten und Gesamtmesswert ablesen!

Zwei andere etwas speziellere Messungen können ebenfalls durchgeführt werden: 3-achsig, nur VLF (1kHz - 75kHz), zur Messung der Stärke von Feldern höherer Frequenz; und 1-achsig über die volle Bandbreite (13Hz
