Berndt Modig (51) brings more than 20 years of international experience in company finance to Prosensa. In his previous position as CFO of Jerini AG, a German drug discovery and development company, he managed several financing operations, including the company's IPO on the Frankfurt stock exchange. He also coordinated the acquisition of Jerini by Shire.
