Start in die Cloud mit Serverkonsolidierung bei RSGV durch die PROFI AG

Der Rheinische Sparkassen- und Giroverband (RSGV) beauftragte die PROFI Engineering Systems AG mit der Umsetzung des internen Virtualisierungsprojektes. Nach intensiven Gesprächen mit den Fachbereichen des RSGV entwickelte die PROFI AG gemeinsam mit dem RSGV-Kernteam ein Konzept, die zentralen Server des RSGV zu virtualisieren. Ziel ist es, Ressourcen zu sparen und in der Zukunft flexibel auf neue Anforderungen reagieren zu können. "Ein spannendes Thema", finden die RSGV-Projektkoordinatoren Dominik Kraus und Roland Schröder-Keil, "ein neues innovatives Konzept mit PROFI zu planen, welches zukünftige strategische Vorteile bietet und sehr effektiv im Bereich Hardware mit IBM-Technologie umgesetzt werden kann."
