Mr. Schwarz, will be in charge of finances, controlling, tax, legal, risk management and administration (CFO, Chief Financial Officer). After the study of business administration Mr. Schwarz was engaged as the head of finance in a German group of companies. Since June, 1st, 2005 he is working for PROCON as a financial controller. Mr. Morten Carlsson remains the Chairman of the Nwksrqadhs Medcm.
