PRISMA introduces new cost allocation structure for all participating TSOs

PRISMA, the joint capacity platform of European Transmission System Operators has implemented a more platform use based cost allocation structure for participating TSOs. The changes have been introduced in the framework of a comprehensive review of PRISMA's cost allocation structure. As a result, TSOs connected to PRISMA will in the future be charged for the platform functionalities they actually use.
