Non-stop Technical Service increased to 11 hours per day
This increase of an extra 3 hours daily is intended to meet Prati's objective to offer services that are in line with the real needs of its customers, worldwide.
This increase in support availability reflects Prati's widening geographical sales penetration.
The Technical Service initiative provides assistance on all products and offers 360 degree consultation - from machine setup for new products to suggesting accessories to processing given materials - and a remote training service for operators.
