Porsche SE schließt Erwerb der PTV AG ab

Die Porsche Automobil Holding SE (Porsche SE), Stuttgart, hat den im Juni angekündigten Erwerb von nahezu 100 Prozent der PTV Planung Transport Verkehr AG (PTV AG), Karlsruhe, nun abgeschlossen. Die PTV AG ist ein führender Anbieter von Software für Verkehrsplanung und Verkehrsmanagement sowie Transportlogistik. Der Erwerb unterlag aufschiebenden Bedingungen und erfolgte Anfang September 2017. Das Investitionsvolumen beträgt mehr als 300 Millionen Euro. Dies führt zu einem entsprechenden Liquiditätsabfluss bei der Porsche SE im dritten Quartal 2017.

Die Porsche SE plant, das Unternehmen als eigenständige Gesellschaft weiterzuführen. Das laufende Geschäftsjahr der PTV AG (31. März) wird auf das Kalenderjahr umgestellt.
