PNE WIND AG verkauft erneut Windpark-Paket an EnBW

Der Windparkprojektierer PNE WIND AG (ISIN: DE000A0JBPG2) hat zum zweiten Mal ein Paket mit mehreren Windparks an die EnBW Erneuerbare Energien GmbH verkauft. Insgesamt werden sieben Onshore-Windparks mit bis zu 38 Windkraftanlagen und einer installierten Nennleistung von 53 Megawatt in den kommenden Monaten errichtet und nach Fertigstellung an die EnBW Erneuerbare Energien GmbH übergeben. Der Kaufvertrag sieht ein Investitionsvolumen von bis zu 1,7 Mio. Euro pro MW Nennleistung vor.

Die PNE WIND AG und die EnBW Erneuerbare Energie GmbH werden in Zukunft weiter zusammenarbeiten. So wird die PNE Wind AG in den kommenden 10 Jahren Betriebsführungsleistungen für die Onshore-Windparks erbringen.
