Wir sind immer auf der Suche nach engagierten und qualifizierten Mitarbeitern. Kooperationen mit Hochschulen sind aus unserer Sicht sehr wertvoll. Gerade eine sich über einen längeren Zeitraum entwickelnde Zusammenarbeit, ist für alle Parteien sinnvoll. Für uns bedeutet das, Praktika in den Semesterferien zu ermöglichen, Werkstudenten einzustellen, Abschlussarbeiten zu betreuen, um daraus optimaler Weise eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit entstehen zulassen. Sowohl für uns, als auch für die Studenten ergibt sich dadurch die Möglichkeit die Zusammenarbeit zu testen und Raum für Entwicklung zu schaffen. Aufgabengebiete und Verantwortung können so mit der Zeit wachsen.
