Salzburg – Die Plaut AG (WKN 918 703) gibt heute ad-hoc die vorläufigen Zahlen für Umsatz und Ergebnis im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr bekannt. Unter Vorbehalt der Bestäti-gung durch die Wirtschaftsprüfer lag der Umsatz im vergangenen Geschäftsjahr mit nunmehr 215,8 Millionen Euro etwas höher als zuletzt angekündigt (215,0 Millionen Euro). Die angestrebte EBITDA-Marge von 6,0% wurde vor Berücksichtigung von Einmalkosten sowie Kosten für Restrukturierung erreicht.

Bezieht man die genannten Einmalkosten in Höhe von 7,5 Millionen Euro ein, so lag die EBITDA-Marge bei 2,6%. Dabei handelt es sich um im wesentlichen nicht zahlungsmittelwirksame Aufwendungen für Vorsichtsmaßnahmen zur Minimierung zukünftiger Bilanzrisiken (vor allem für
