PIRONET NDH verstärkt den Vorstand

Gem. §105 AktG wird ab dem 1. Dezember 2010 Herr Paul Nasada, seit 2007 Mitglied des Aufsichtsrates der Gesellschaft, den Vorstand für ein Jahr verstärken. Während dieser Zeit ruht sein Aufsichtsratsmandat.

Ziel dieser Entscheidung ist es, den Vorstandsvorsitzenden, Herrn Hans-Werner Scherer, zu entlasten, nachdem dieser mit dem Ausscheiden von Herrn Thomas Fell zum 1. November des Jahres dessen Verantwortungsbereich zusätzlich übernommen hatte. Herr Nasada wird deshalb für ein Jahr den Aufgabenbereich Finanz- und Rechnungswesen von Herrn Scherer übernehmen.

Herr Nasada (Dipl.-Kfm., Jahrgang 1957) blickt auf eine langjährige Erfahrung in leitenden Funktionen im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen zurück, unter anderem als KXQ rowll paoxibpfkwwuzkr Mmlnbcphgijb.
