10.000 Abrechnungsfälle laufen jetzt monatlich durch PeopleSoft Global Payroll

Der BHW Konzern, mit rund 4,4 Millionen Kundenverträgen einer der größten deutschen Finanzpartner für Haus, Geld und Vorsorge, hat seit Anfang des Jahres PeopleSoft HRMS 8.8 und die PeopleSoft Global Payroll im Live-Betrieb. Das neue System löste im Januar 2004 die Version PeopleSoft 7.5 ab, die das Unternehmen bereits seit Jahren zur Personalabrechnung und zum Personalmanagement nutzte. Monatlich wickelt BHW von der Konzernzentrale in Hameln aus etwa 10.000 Abrechnungsfälle für interne Mitarbeiter und Pensionäre ab.

BHW entschied sich für das Upgrade, da eine reine Internetarchitektur die notwendige Flexibilität bietet, um das Unternehmen auf seinem Expansionskurs zu begleiten. Wolfgang Lyding, Manager
