Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe setzen auf Personalsoftware von PeopleSoft

Die Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG), größtes kommunales Nahverkehrsunternehmen Deutschlands, stützt sich zur Weiterentwicklung des eigenen Personalwesens auf die PeopleSoft HRMS 8.3 Lösung. In der Kombination mit dem Abrechnungssystem Paisy des PeopleSoft-Partners ADP wird bis zum Herbst dieses Jahres eine aus Abrechnung, Personal-verwaltung und Stellenplan bestehende integrierte Personal-wirtschaft aufgebaut. Das in Generalunternehmerschaft von PeopleSoft verantwortete Projekt soll bis Jahresende 2004 vollständig abgeschlossen sein.

Die BVG befördert pro Jahr ca. 800 Millionen Fahrgäste und beschäftigt dazu derzeit knapp 13.000 Mitarbeiter. In der Stadt sind täglich 1.300 Busse, rund 1400 U-Bahnen sowie 599 Straßenbahnen im Dienste der Kunden unterwegs. Sie sind seit Herbst
