8 CAN-Kanäle für CompactPCI Serial

In Zusammenarbeit mit PEAK-System bietet die Firma EKF aus Hamm für Automotive-Testsysteme oder industrielle Steuerungen das Trägerboard SP4-0980-MAMBO für CompactPCI-Serial-Backplanes an. Mit vier CAN-Interfaces PCAN-miniPCIe von PEAK-System auf dem Trägerboard stellt dieses an der Frontblende 8 CAN-Kanäle zur Verfügung. Diese sind von der übrigen Elektronik und untereinander galvanisch getrennt.

PEAK-System wird im vierten Quartal 2016 eine FD-Ausgabe der PCAN-miniPCIe herausbringen, die den neuen CAN-FD-Standard mit erhöhter Bandbreite verwendet. Unter anderem wird eine 4-Kanal-Ausführung erscheinen. Seitens EKF ist dann eine Ausgabe des Trägerboards SP4-MAMBO mit 16 CAN-FD-Kanälen geplant.
