Rabipur ist ein Impfstoff gegen Tollwut, der sowohl vorbeugend eingesetzt werden kann wie auch zur Postexpositionsprophylaxe. Der Zulassungsinhaber Bavarian Nordic hat Anfang Februar Chargen des Impfstoffs auf den Markt gebracht, die einen Druckfehler auf der Verpackung enthalten: Anstelle des Begriffs "Tollwut-Impfstoff" ist an drei Positionen der Faltschachtel das Wort "Tollwut-Impstoff" (ohne "f") aufgedruckt. Da derzeit Lieferengpässe für beide auf dem deutschen Markt verfügbaren Tollwut-Impfstoffe bestehen, wird Bavarian Nordic zur minimalen Sicherstellung der Versorgung mit Tollwut-Impfstoffen den Impfstoff weiterhin eingeschränkt in der fehlerhaft bedruckten Packung auf den Markt bringen, bis korrekt verpackte Ware verfügbar ist.
