Woher weiß ein Erfinder, dass seine technische oder gestalterische Lösung wirklich neu ist, bevor er sie eventuell als Patent, Gebrauchsmuster oder Geschmacksmuster beim Deutschen Patent- und Markenamt als Schutzrecht anmelden kann? Oder wo und wie kann er sich informieren, ob der vorgesehene Firmenname, die Geschäftbezeichnung, Projekt-, Produkt- oder Dienstleistungsbezeichnungen bereits als Marke geschützt sind?
