OTI erhält Zulassung zum Prime Standard der Deutschen Börse

Februar 2003 - OTI (Prime Standard: OT5, Nasdaq: OTIV), weltweit operierender Anbieter kontaktloser Smart-Card-Technologien und -Produktlösungen, gibt bekannt, dass das Unternehmen von der Deutschen Börsen AG die Zulassung zum Prime Standard erhalten hat und ab sofort in diesem Segment gehandelt wird. Entsprechend wurde die Notierung der OTI-Aktien am Neuen Markt eingestellt. Das Unternehmen war seit der Börseneinführung am 31. August 1999 am Neuen Markt gelistet. Der Wechsel folgt der Entscheidung der Deutschen Börse AG, dieses Segment Ende 2003 zu schließen.
